Fixes for Founder Club members. • Members are no longer offered ads. If an offer shows up before your membership has loaded, tapping it now gives you the reward without the ad. • Your pack bonus is easier to spot: after you buy Chips, you see the Founder Club bonus on its way, and again when it lands. • The Founder's Kit now says plainly that Founder Club doesn't double it.

A fix for cloud save restores. • Restoring a studio that support placed in your cloud save could leave you with an empty studio instead. It now restores as it should. • If a cloud save ever can't be restored, Ship It now says so and keeps the studio you have, instead of starting over.

Your studio now lives in the cloud, and your Chips finally have somewhere to go. • Cloud saves: your studio backs itself up as you play. Reinstall Ship It or get a new iPhone, and it offers to restore your studio. You can turn it off in Settings. • The Workshop: two permanent upgrades, Tooling for code and Brand for revenue. Every level is kept forever, and there's always another one. • Spare credits now trade for Chips. • Instant deploy ships a whole hour of builds at once, and Late shifts can be bought with Chips. • Becky Stitch takes a seat: while she's seated, every new version starts up to 40% built, here or away. • App Review has teeth: a rejected release takes the app off sale for 30 minutes, then 2 hours, then 8. • Every unfinished quest is now yours to pick, and once you've done all twelve, the next studio starts straight away. ALSO • Max out buys the best-value levels first. • Founder Club members no longer see ad offers when the network is slow.

A fix for studios that couldn't save. • If you had Night Shift at its highest level, or Maggie Moonstack at your desk, and banked a Late shift or ad bonus, Ship It could stop saving and show "Invalid offline cap" on every launch. Your progress was never lost: this update saves it again, exactly where you left off. • If a save check ever does appear, it now says not to delete the app (that's the one thing that erases a studio), and Export save lets you keep a copy of your save files.

Every quest now pays off, short boosts finally pull their weight, and a cat in smart glasses wants a word. • Every quest leaves a permanent benefit. Adviser quests make that adviser a Veteran: stronger and never tired. Constraint quests unlock Doctrines, trade-offs you can adopt per studio. • While you play an adviser's quest, that adviser leads: triple power, half the cooldown. • Founder's Focus: after your first exit, tapping CODE also runs your CI. • Short, strong boosts recharge and rest faster, so the legendaries out-code Charlie at last. • Desk perks grow much stronger with rank. Tiny Masterpiece has a new look and pays like a jewel. • Meet Kitty Launchday: after two exits, run five live apps in one studio. • Catch the studio mouse for a free credit. ALSO • A Favourites filter for advisers. • Max out keeps enough cash to refactor. • Relaunch works on every app, and benefits open at the start of each studio. • Clearer build time, estimate and Late shift explanations. • A Share button you can actually see on the adviser card. • The window rocket launches once per feature instead of nonstop.

Haunted Studio: a Halloween challenge, 20 October to 2 November. • Ship 13 releases to earn the Jack-o'-Lantern. Already have it? Its 180 Chips come back to you. • Deal with 3 haunted incidents (ghost users, a zombie process, a cursed commit) to earn Full Moon, a new window view with bats that never sleep. • Make an exit during Halloween to earn the Halloween 2026 trophy. It's never sold and never comes back. Every reward is earned by playing. Find the challenge in Ship Log → Events. Haunted incidents only start after your first exit and never while you're away. Cobwebs and bunting go up in the studio for the fortnight; switch them off in Settings. ALSO • Nobody left to recruit? The Advisers screen now names who you haven't met yet and how to meet them, instead of showing 0% odds. Kara Headlines and Guy Keynote join introductions once your studio has a PR Team. • Voice Control: say what you see. "Upgrade", "Polish", "Recruit 10" and your adviser seat now answer to their names. • Selling your studio asks for confirmation on a clearer, higher-contrast card.

Fixed: on some iPhones, Founder Club perks could switch off for a while, so members were offered ads they don't need. Club perks now stay on.

Ship It! now has sound, and a lot more to spend your Chips on. SOUND • An original soundtrack that grows with your career: a garage band for your first studio, the full studio after your first exit, and the empire from your sixth. • Sound effects for every keystroke, release, upgrade, envelope, reveal and exit. A run of releases climbs the scale. • Settings → Sound: separate switches and volume sliders for music and sound effects. • Ship It respects your silent switch and steps aside for your own music and podcasts. MAKE THE STUDIO YOURS • The studio collection: 24 pieces, from a neon sign and a lava lamp to window views of canal houses and low Earth orbit, and a dachshund who sleeps through every stand-up. Find them in the Chip Shop's new Decor tab. • A new drop every Monday: three pieces, this week only. Each drop comes back every three weeks. • A trophy for every exit, from AppFlip123 to the Legacy Funds. Your newest three stand over the door. BUY TIME, NOT JUST MONEY • Boosts: tap the bolt key for Overtime (twice the code, here or away), Instant deploy and the Late shift. Pay with Chips, spare credits or an optional ad, within daily limits. • The Founder's Kit: 450 Chips and The First Dollar, framed on your studio wall. Once per player, for 72 hours after your next exit. • The Vault of Chips: 1,000 Chips, the biggest pack in the shop. • Founder Club now comes yearly too, and new members can try it free for a week. • Double a sale's Chips, or skip an adviser's cooldown, with an optional ad. Founder Club members get both without the ad. • Adviser of the week: each week, one everyday adviser is five times as likely to turn up. The odds are in Advisers. ALSO • Tired advisers recover in minutes, not hours: five minutes' rest takes a step off. A clock badge on your adviser shows how much longer their next cooldown runs.

Version 2.0 is our biggest update yet. Apps can break, debt comes due, and the late game keeps going. TECH DEBT • Most features now add a little build time, shown before you buy. Refactor clears it for a quarter of what they cost and keeps every feature. • Existing studios start debt-free. Upper levels of Monetization, ASO and Winback cost far less. THINGS BREAK • From your second studio, App Review checks every 25th version. Too much debt and it's rejected: the app is off sale until the fix ships. Design Polish raises the limit. • Incidents: servers go down, payments wobble, a Friday deploy goes wrong. Fix it, send an adviser, or wait it out. • Nothing random happens while you're idle or away, and versions never go down. • Overuse an adviser and their cooldown stretches. A NEW LOOK • One pixel-art style across the game, with redrawn icons for every adviser and app. • Adviser cards show their power at a glance. Swipe between them. • A new Ship Log front page: one spotlight, six tiles. THE LONG GAME • Hall of Fame: 8 badges and 23 tiers, kept after every sale. • After 18 exits, your next 17 Legacy sales each add 13% code speed, compounding. • Apps at v1000 or later earn ×1.5 for every newer app you've launched. • Away time starts at 8 hours, up to 24 with Night Shift. Past that, the overflow bank pays 25% for up to the same time again. • Late Exit Goal quests now scale with your studio. • Fortune: a new Game Center leaderboard for all-time revenue. ALSO • Fixed a save error some studios hit after time away with Maggie Moonstack seated at a high rank. Progress was never lost, and those returns now save. • Short returns offer the ×2 ad again, and ads usually open right away.

Get back to your studio faster, and recruit in style. • Recruit 10 in one go. The batch deals out card by card, lowest rarity first, and at least one Epic or better is guaranteed in every ten. • The reveal is a proper moment now: envelopes, confetti, haptics and a running count of what you pulled. Tap to skip if you are in a hurry. • Coming back after a while no longer stacks sheets on top of each other. Offline earnings settle into a single quiet banner, and receipts stop reappearing after you dismiss them. • The adviser collection is rebuilt around the artwork. Bigger cards, clearer ranks and copy counts, and mystery contacts sit in the same grid as the advisers you have found. • Adviser cards explain in plain words what each one does in your studio, and who is working on your current app right now. • Fixes a save error some players hit after recruiting ("Invalid recruitment receipt"). Pull up a chair. Your advisers have more to offer. • Eight new advisers join the collection, including six passive specialists and two new Powers. • Seat a passive adviser directly from their card and see them at a desk in your Studio. Keep your Power adviser ready for a timed boost. • Unlock CI to choose a free passive adviser. Starter perks grow from 10% at Rank I to 20% at Rank V. • Clearer cards explain each adviser's effect in your studio. Away receipts show who was seated when you left. • Expansion cards arrive as bonus copies alongside earned introductions, protecting progress toward your existing favourites. • Master VI gives dedicated collectors another milestone: first bring every adviser to Rank V, then collect the additional copies. • Twelve one-time Exit quests bring more variety to later runs, including special adviser-led challenges. Completed quests leave the board and make room for another. • Refined native pixel-art residents and improvements to adviser balance, save migration and quest continuity. A clearer studio. A better next run. • Exit Goals now start with one clear choice after a sale. Preview the rules and rewards, then get back to building. • Boutique Studio protects its three-app limit, warns before your final app slot, and explains why other apps are locked. • A simpler Exit screen shows your progress without a wall of buttons. Abandoning a goal keeps your progress and returns the run to normal. • Away receipts get you straight back to your studio and focus on what actually changed. • Fixed the Studio upgrade highlight, inconsistent cash formatting, and Founder Club return-bonus handling. • Clearer adviser unlock requirements and controls for permanent business rewards. Your familiar studio, scrolling apps, Code button and advisers are still right where you left them. Come back to progress. • Studio Sprints: set a short build plan with app-version targets, so your studio has something useful to work toward while you’re away. • A clearer return: see which targets finished, how far your apps progressed, and your next useful move. • Build planning opens up earlier, while experienced studios keep their advanced queues. This update also brings the new Launch Roadmap, quicker onboarding, clearer upgrade lists, and better protection for Studio investments and boost time.
