Keep track of Austrian court property auctions.
Find apartments, houses and land listed in the Ediktsdatei. Save properties that interest you and follow detected changes.
FOCUSED SEARCH
Filter by Austrian federal state, location, property type, estimated value and date. View published minimum bids, security deposits, case references and available documents for each property. Missing information stays clearly identified.
START FOR FREE
Browse current listings and the available archive. Watch up to two properties, save one search and receive a daily summary of relevant changes. You can also select a reminder one day before an auction. No advertising and no separate user account.
PLAN WITH PRO
Watch unlimited properties, save unlimited searches and receive change alerts sooner than the daily summary. Add private notes, a personal bid limit and additional auction reminders. View your dates in a calendar and compare two or three properties side by side.
On an iPhone with iOS 17 or later, you can review and export dates to Apple Calendar. Exported events do not update automatically. A bid limit is for your personal planning only.
SOURCES AND DATA
Official publications remain authoritative. Source checks and delivery may be delayed. The archive is a partial collection. EdiktWatch is independent and is not affiliated with the Austrian judiciary or the Federal Ministry of Justice. You cannot place bids or purchase property through the app.
Notes and bid limits remain after Pro expires. You can delete all personal app data in Settings. This does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restoring a purchase does not transfer personal entries to another device.
MONTHLY OR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
Prices for your App Store are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time. Manage or cancel them in your Apple subscriptions. After expiry, continued monitoring follows the free allowance.
