Tack is a focused, adaptive task app for iPhone and iPad. It pairs a sharp everyday workflow with native Obsidian sync — so your tasks live where you actually think. CAPTURE FAST Type naturally. Tack parses your words: "Buy milk tomorrow 5pm #groceries" becomes a structured task — due date, tags, priority inferred in milliseconds. Add a task from Siri, the share sheet, or the in-app quick add. TODAY, INBOX, LISTS, STATS Four views, no friction. Today surfaces what is actually due. Inbox holds raw captures until you sort them. Lists are your own grouping. Stats gamifies the practice with a streak counter and a fourteen-day completion chart. WIDGETS Today, Inbox and Stats widgets — small, medium and large. Tap to complete. Long-press to jump into the matching view. They refresh on the hour and reload on every change. OBSIDIAN, NOTHING ELSE A single, opinionated sync engine — pick your Obsidian vault and Tack keeps each task as a clean markdown file with YAML frontmatter. Bidirectional, fault-tolerant, no lock-in. Your tasks are valid markdown before Tack touches them, and they stay valid when you turn the integration off. DESIGN DETAILS - Dark and light themes with semantic tokens (the `TK` family) - Six built-in locales: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese - Adaptive shell: tabbed on iPhone, split on iPad - 100% offline. Your tasks live in SwiftData; iCloud backs them up automatically Tack is built with native SwiftUI and SwiftData. There is no server. There are no ads. There is no tracking.
