• New "I rent this place" option: send a request to your landlord or property owner. They get a secure text link to approve, no app needed, and nothing goes to pros until they do.
• Your landlord gets the price and the bill. You stay the pro's on-site contact, with on-the-way and arrival updates and messages.
• New Approvals screen to review requests sent to you or follow the ones you've sent.
• Payments now shows only invoices you owe, and prices show exact cents.
• A cleaner Account tab, plus fixes and polish throughout.
