Show Up And Play: Youth Sports
Soccer & hockey clubs, fees
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Sanctioned tournaments, real club fees, and straight answers about youth soccer and minor hockey in Canada. Every number checked against the club's own page.
Show Up And Play answers the questions parents actually ask about youth soccer and minor hockey in Canada, and shows you where every answer came from.
WHAT IT KNOWS
- 142 clubs and 49 governing associations across ten cities: Toronto, Montréal, Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Halifax and Victoria.
- Sanctioned tournaments, each one naming the body that sanctioned it: Ontario Soccer, Soccer Québec, BC Soccer, Alberta Soccer, and the rest.
- Real registration fees, quoted exactly as the club publishes them, with the season they belong to.
ASK A QUESTION
Type what you actually want to know. "What tournaments can my 11-year-old play in this fall?" "Which clubs here publish their fees?" "What's the difference between house league and rep?"
Every answer cites the record it came from, and you can tap through to the club's or organiser's own page to check.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most of this information exists already, scattered across club websites that are hard to search and often out of date. We read those pages, recorded what they actually say, and dated it.
That means we also tell you what isn't known. Where a club doesn't publish its fee, this app says "not published" rather than guessing. Where a tournament organiser has never posted an entry deadline, it says so, because an unpublished deadline is not the same as an open one, and a parent shouldn't have to find that out after booking travel.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Club and tournament data ships inside the app, so the listings work on a touchline with one bar. Only Ask needs a connection.
NO ADS, NO TRACKING
No advertising, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.
Clubs and tournaments need no account and work offline. Ask needs a free account, with Apple or an email address, because every answer costs us a model call and questions are counted per person rather than shared across everyone. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
WHAT IT CAN'T DO
It isn't connected to your club's registration or scheduling system, so it can't tell you your own child's game times, team or field. Your club still holds that.
Always confirm fees and dates with the club or organiser before you register or book travel. We keep this current, but they are the ones who change it.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Tell us your family once, your city, your child's club and team and ask "when does Oliver play next?" without typing the team name again. That stays on your phone; it is never sent to our servers. Ask can now answer from published game schedules where a league has given us theirs, always saying who published it and when we read it, with a Directions link straight to the venue. You can ask out loud with the new microphone button. And a club whose fees we have not researched yet now says so, instead of being reported as publishing none.
