Fast 1v1 water polo. Swim, pass, lob, fake and dunk your way to goal with a squad of four cartoon swimmers, online against real players or against the machine.
Beluga Polo is fast, friendly water polo for two players. You control a
team of four swimmers — three in the field and a goalie — in three-minute
matches where every goal counts and nobody is safe from a good dunking.
SIMPLE TO PLAY, HARD TO MASTER
• Swim with the joystick, tap a teammate to take control of them.
• Drag to aim and release to throw: a straight drag is a flat shot or a
crisp pass, curve it up for a lob over the defence, curve it down for a
skip throw that bounces off the water.
• Tap to grab at the ball carrier. Double-tap to shove them under.
• Leap out of the water with the ball, or fake a shot to send the goalie
the wrong way.
PLAY AGAINST REAL PEOPLE
• Quick Match pairs you with someone of a similar level — and looks
further afield the longer you wait.
• Play a friend with a join code.
• Every online match counts towards your rating, and the leaderboard
shows where you stand.
OR AGAINST THE MACHINE
• Three difficulty levels, no internet needed. The goalies guard their
doorstep, the attackers raid in lanes and the defenders mark you —
Easy is a gentle warm-up, Hard is a real opponent.
POOLS WITH A VIEW
• Play in an indoor hall or a sunny outdoor pool, and take the game
further afield: the open sea, an arctic ice shelf, an alpine lake, a
jungle clearing, a desert oasis, or a working harbour between the
moored boats. Each has its own water, light, scenery and sound.
MAKE THEM YOURS
• Dress your team in a range of colour sets — from classic swimmers to
something a little more unusual. Try any of them on in the menu before
you decide.
POWERS
• Passes, steals and goals fill your gauge. Unleash a burst of speed, a
harder shot, or a spell where nobody can take the ball from you.
Short matches, no adverts, and no interruptions — just water polo.
