MySecureOS Panic App
One tap sends your live location to a 24/7 control room and your loved ones, with armed and medical response available to you, in South Africa.
MySecureOS turns your phone into a personal panic button. In an emergency, one tap sends your live GPS location to our 24/7 control room and your emergency contacts — so help gets to you fast, wherever you are in South Africa.
WHAT IT DOES
• One-tap SOS — raise a panic instantly; your location and alert reach the control room in seconds.
• Live location — your position streams the moment you press, so responders can find you.
• Armed & medical response — trained operators coordinate armed response and medical assistance.
• Monitored journeys — start a trip and we watch until you arrive, with automatic escalation if you don't.
• Emergency contacts — your loved ones are notified instantly and can follow a secure live-tracking link.
• Around Me — quick access to national emergency numbers.
WHO IT'S FOR
Families, seniors, women, students, lone workers, and anyone who wants faster help in an emergency.
IMPORTANT
MySecureOS is a supplementary safety tool and is not a replacement for the public emergency services. Response times depend on your device, mobile network and location signal.
Location, including in the background, is used only to deliver these safety features — to dispatch response to you and to monitor journeys you start. It is never used for advertising and is never sold.

NEW: Track Me — let people you trust follow your panic button on a map for 30 minutes up to 8 hours, without raising an alarm.
They get one SMS with a private link, and sharing stops on its own.
NEW: Event rider sign-in — riders registered for an event can sign in with their phone number. If your number also has a MySecureOS account, you choose which one to use.
Plus reliability and backend performance improvements.
