Renting a car? Photograph its condition before you drive away. Keep photos and notes in one organized record, then create an offline PDF. No account needed. Document it before problems arise. BeforeNote helps you make a clear, organized photo record of a rental car, home, package, hotel room, equipment, or anything else you want to document. Choose a guided checklist or start a custom record, then add photos and notes while the details are fresh. • Capture photos in the app or import them from your library. • Add a title, reference, location description, general note, and photo captions. • Use a checklist to keep each record organized. • Complete a record to make its contents read-only and check stored files with SHA-256. • Create an English or Turkish PDF in A4 or Letter format, even offline. • Share the PDF or export stored photo files with a manifest. Your records stay in the app’s local storage unless you choose to share or export them. There is no account, advertising, subscription, analytics, backend, or cloud sync. BeforeNote is a one-time purchase. BeforeNote uses the device clock and available file metadata. It does not independently verify when or where a photo was taken. SHA-256 is a file-integrity check, not notarization or a guarantee that a report will be accepted in a dispute. Keep appropriate backups of important records and exported files.
