Maintenance Agreements
Build tune-up agreements from reusable templates, price them per visit, and let ThermaCRM schedule the visits automatically. Technicians work from a room-by-room checklist with photos, and a one-tap visit report is emailed to the client with the invoice created at completion.
Equipment Tracking
Keep every furnace, air handler and condenser on file per client property, with type, fuel, tonnage, SEER, refrigerant and filter size. Warranty alerts tell you before coverage runs out, and a company equipment catalog speeds up data entry.
Membership Billing on Autopilot
Bill memberships automatically on a weekly, monthly or yearly schedule against a saved card or bank account, with pause, resume and charge-now controls.
Inventory & Truck Stock
Track parts in the warehouse and on each truck. Stock is deducted automatically when a job is completed, and low-stock alerts show up in your notifications.
Scheduling & Dispatch
A shared calendar with recurring jobs, technician assignment, color coding and Google Calendar sync. Send "On My Way", "Arrived" and "Completed" texts to clients, with optional live location sharing so they can follow the technician's arrival.
Estimates & Invoicing
Create estimates and invoices on site, attach job photos and videos, collect signatures, and send by email. Clients approve and pay from a link.
Get Paid in the Driveway
Accept card payments on site, or keep a card on file. Payments are recorded against the invoice and the job.
