Barbershub is the staff side of a barbershop. It is the screen behind the chair — the day, who is
in it, and what the till is still owed.
Customers book themselves on your own page. Your phone buzzes the moment they do. Tapping the
notification opens that booking, not a list.
THE DAY
See every chair at once, or just your own. Confirm, complete, reschedule or mark a no-show with a
swipe. Work that is finished folds away so what is left is what you see — except a cut nobody has
paid for, which stays up until somebody writes it down.
THE TILL
Money is recorded at the counter, by whoever handled it. The app keeps a worklist of cuts that are
finished and unrecorded, so takings are not quietly lost between the chair and the end of the day.
Totals are honest about their own gaps: if three cuts were never written down, it says so rather
than presenting a figure that looks complete.
EVERY CHAIR HAS A RECORD
Tap a barber to see their day, their week or their month — cuts done, cancellations, no-shows, time
in the chair. An owner sees takings. A barber sees their own work and how many people turned up.
SHARE YOUR SHOP
A QR code for the window, and one for each chair that opens the booking page with that barber
already chosen. Print it, put it on the mirror, hand it over.
SET IT UP FROM THE PHONE
Opening hours and breaks, chairs and who works them, services and prices, photos of your work.
No laptop, no back office.
WHO SEES WHAT
Owners and managers see the whole shop and the money. A barber sees their own chair and never sees
a figure — that is enforced on our servers, not merely hidden on the screen.
Barbershub needs an account with a barbershop that already uses it. If your shop is not on
Barbershub yet, get in touch and we will set it up.
