Run an inspection in the field, record what you find with photos, assign the fix, and send it all when the signal comes back. eAudit is the field inspection tool for your company. Fill in a checklist on the phone, document what you find with photos, assign the person responsible, and send it to the server in one tap. WHAT IT DOES • Checklists. Pick a type, a location and a date. Questions are grouped into sections and answered Yes, No or Not applicable, with the number answered always in view. • Corrective actions. When something fails, add an action carrying a description, a deadline, a priority and the person responsible. The people you can assign come from the server for that inspection type and that location. • Photo evidence. Take a picture with the camera or choose from the library. One action can carry several photos. • Forms. Separate forms for reporting a violation or recognising good work. • Works offline. Everything is stored on the device. An inspection can be carried out with no connection at all and is sent once the connection returns. • Waiting to send. A screen of its own shows what has not reached the server yet, and why. • Two languages. English and Azerbaijani. • Reports. Every inspection that reaches the server produces a PDF report, which is sent to the person responsible. WHO IT IS FOR eAudit is meant for use inside a company. Signing in requires an account issued by your employer. There are no ads and nothing to buy.
