The app interface is available in English and German.
YOUR ROUTINE, CLEARLY RECORDED
Save your prescribed medication plan, record doses and injection sites, and set reminders. Logging choices include Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Victoza and Trulicity. Follow the schedule agreed with your clinician.
SMALL CHECK-INS, EVERY DAY
Track water, protein, nutrition, movement and wellbeing. Set personal goals, add a reflection and see what you have already logged today.
YOUR HISTORY, IN PERSPECTIVE
Review weight trends and past entries. Keep a private photo journal, compare your photos over time and export your records when you choose.
APPLE HEALTH, UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Choose a date range, review available Health records and select sources before importing. Import older records from 2000 onward when available. Other Health imports are manual. With your permission, daily steps update automatically from Apple Health. Set a step goal to complete Movement and earn its daily reward once. Background updates follow iOS scheduling; totals and rewards catch up when you open Stepwise.
A PLACE TO GROW
Your daily check-ins earn garden coins. Meet your first neighbour and make My Garden your own, one small step at a time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your mobile journal is stored in an encrypted database on your device. An optional Stepwise account does not upload or back up your health journal. Export a backup before changing devices. No advertising trackers or sale of your health entries.
Stepwise is free, with no subscription or in-app purchases.
Stepwise is for adults tracking their own prescribed routine. It does not provide medical advice, recommend doses, diagnose conditions or promise treatment outcomes. Follow your clinician's instructions. Medication names identify logging options; Stepwise is not affiliated with their manufacturers.

See your logged medication and dose history as colour bands across every Insights chart. Bands automatically follow the medication and dose recorded at the time, including medication changes.
You can also leave an optional App Store rating after using Stepwise for a while. Requests are spaced at least two months apart and include existing users with a qualifying journal history.
