Translate speech and text on your iPhone. Download languages to use offline. Optional Qwen translation uses your own API key and is billed separately by QwenCloud. Voxondo translates speech and text on your iPhone or iPad. Speak or type a phrase, read the translation, copy it or listen to it with a voice installed on your device. Offline after setup Download the required speech models and language packs for your chosen pair. Once prepared, speech recognition and translation run on your device without an internet connection. Conversations and single utterances In Conversation mode, the translation follows your speech. When one model supports both languages, the app identifies the spoken language automatically. Switch direction before replying when the pair uses two different models. Pause between utterances with SenseVoice: recording stops after 20 seconds of continuous speech. Single utterance mode translates a phrase of up to about 20 seconds. Text and audio files Typed text is translated on the device in every mode. You can also import a WAV, M4A or CAF file of up to 20 seconds. The original file is unchanged. Speech recognition languages Parakeet recognizes 25 European languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian. Download SenseVoice from the menu for Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Available translation pairs depend on your device and system version; pairs unsupported by Apple Translation are marked in the list. Optional online translation with Qwen This mode needs internet and your own pay-as-you-go API key for QwenCloud International (Singapore). After you consent, audio goes directly to QwenCloud. QwenCloud bills usage separately to the key owner's account; it is not included in the app price. Token Plan keys are not supported. Purchase and privacy Voxondo is a one-time app purchase with no Voxondo subscription. The app does not save microphone audio or conversation history on your device. Text stays in memory until you clear the history or close the app. In Qwen mode, QwenCloud processes data under its own policies. Requires iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later. Internet is needed for the initial model and language downloads. Recording works while the app is open.
