Set recurring visits, arrange today's stops and see what is complete. Keep each customer's service locations, pool and spa details, and visit history together. Add your first customer step by step or import a CSV.
RECORD WORK WHILE YOU'RE THERE
Save water readings, cleaning checklists, notes and photos on your phone, even without signal. Your changes wait for a connection to sync. Each visit starts with fresh readings; previous measurements stay available as reference.
SHOW CUSTOMERS WHAT YOU DID
Preview a report with the work completed, readings and photos you choose to share. Keep access details and internal notes private. With connected Solo service, completed visits can send branded reports through a private browser link with a PDF download. Customers need no app or account. Check delivery progress and recover failed sends.

Create an estimate with the scope, amount, photos and expiry. Customers can approve or decline it through a browser link. Keep that decision with the exact estimate, set a follow-up reminder and schedule approved work on your route. Export the details for your existing invoicing process.
START AT YOUR OWN PACE
Explore a fictional sample route or start your own business setup. Business details, logo and first-customer setup are skippable. Local work needs no registration. Sign in with Apple is optional for recovering your business across devices.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND YOUR RECORDS
Hosted reports, online approval requests and connected service require an active PoolTrail Solo subscription and an internet connection. Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing plan in Settings > Reports & backup. Review the localized total price before purchase. Purchase and restore do not require Sign in with Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account. Restore purchases or manage your subscription in Settings. Existing local records remain readable and exportable if your subscription lapses. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing.
PoolTrail records service work and customer decisions. It does not collect repair payments, provide accounting, prescribe chemical doses or certify water safety.
