A flower grows while you focus and wilts if you leave. Pomodoro sessions, Screen Time app blocking, a garden of your best days. No account, no ads. A flower grows while you focus. Leave the app, and she wilts. SeedFocus is a Pomodoro timer for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Start a session, put the phone down, and a seed grows into a bloom. Finished sessions are planted in your garden. Abandoned ones leave a wilt. Over the weeks, the garden shows how your days actually went. SEEDFOCUS AT A GLANCE • Pomodoro sessions of 25 minutes by default, adjustable from 5 to 120. • Short rests of 1 to 30 minutes, long rests of 5 to 60, and 2 to 8 sessions per cycle. • A count-up timer for open-ended work. • Blocks the apps you choose, such as Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, with Apple's Screen Time while you focus. • Works offline. No account, no sign-up, no ads. • A full Apple Watch app with complications. • The countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. HOW FIRM IS YOUR GARDEN? • Greenhouse is strict: leave the app and your flower wilts. • Lattice is the app blocker: the apps you pick are put away until she blooms. Nothing wilts. • Open air is gentle: no blocking, no wilting, just an honest record of your focus. You choose the mode for each session. THE TIMER • Start from the app, a Home Screen widget or a Control Center button. • Keeps the screen on during a session, if you want it to. • Tags for Focus, Study, Work, Sport, Practice and Muse, so your hours have names. • Ambient sound while you work: Meadow rain, with Campfire, Breeze and Birdsong in Pro. APPLE WATCH Plant a seed, set the minutes with the Digital Crown, pause, change the tag or skip a rest without picking up your phone. Complications keep the session on your watch face. YOUR GARDEN • Poppy grows from your first session. Daisy and Bluebell are bought with the dew your sessions earn, and Sunflower comes with Pro. • Badges for showing up: first blooms, long stems, mornings at dawn. • Share a bouquet of your week, or a pressed-flower card of a good day. JOURNAL AND STATS Every session is kept as a pressed flower with its note. Your bloom rate shows how often you finish. Your golden hour shows when you focus best. People use SeedFocus as a study timer for exam revision, a focus app that keeps social media away, a deep-work timer for remote work, or short ADHD-friendly focus sprints. Same 25 minutes, different reason. PRIVACY There is no account and nothing to sign up for. Your sessions are stored on your device and the timer works without a connection. With Pro, sessions sync through your own iCloud between iPhone and iPad. WHAT'S INCLUDED The timer, all three modes including app blocking, the Apple Watch app, widgets, the Live Activity, the garden, badges and today's journal all come with the download. SeedFocus Pro adds: • The full calendar, with the planner and plan reminders. • Every past day of your journal. • Stats charts: focus by tag, focus trend and a heat map of your best hours. • Every sound, custom tags, the Sunflower and alternate app icons. • iCloud sync between iPhone and iPad. SeedFocus Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Plant your first seed. 25 minutes, one flower. See if she blooms. i’m OBSESSED. no seriously the only pomodoro timer app i’ve ever used and actually been able to comply with. my only complaint is a bug with the app. :( sometimes i’ll set a count up timer and it’ll keep going in the widget but when i open it up in the app it’s completely gone

Developer Response
Thank you, this made our day. "Actually been able to comply with" is the highest praise a Pomodoro app can get.And you're right about the bug. That's fixed in 1.1.4, which is live now: a session picks up exactly where it left off, running or paused, and the widget and app agree again. Update from the App Store and it should not happen again. If it ever does, email us from Settings and we'll dig in straight away.

Really enjoying Tendril. The growing flower concept makes focusing feel more rewarding, and the app is clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed. The Apple Watch, widgets, and Live Activity support are great touches too. A lovely productivity app that makes staying focused a little more enjoyable.
