Odak keeps the record of a long-term injection schedule: what was prescribed, what you took, when, where on your body, and which days were missed. It is a record keeper and nothing else. There is no account, and nothing you enter leaves your iPhone.
A DOSE PLAN THAT CHANGES
Most treatments do not hold one dose forever. In Odak a medication's plan is a series of phases, each with its own dose, start date and schedule: every day, every few days, on chosen weekdays, or as needed. A plan that steps up or changes rhythm stays one medication, and Odak works out which phase today belongs to.
KNOW WHERE THE LAST ONE WENT
Both legs, both arms and the abdomen, each drawn with its own grid of points. Tap where the injection went. Odak shows when each point was last used and how the site reacted, and how your injections have been spread across the body.
MISSED DAYS ARE REPORTED, NOT JUDGED
A calendar marks every day as taken, skipped, missed or planned. Missed Injections lists the days that were owed and never closed, and a late injection says how late it landed. Statistics shows adherence and the session breakdown over the window you choose. Odak never congratulates you and never scolds you.
LOG IT IN SECONDS
Taken or skipped, the day, the dose from your plan, the site, how the site reacted, a lot number, a note, and a reason when you skip.
A REMINDER AT YOUR HOUR
Set a time of day for each medication. Nine in the morning stays nine in the morning when you travel. iOS does not guarantee that a notification is delivered, so a reminder is a convenience and not a safety net.
THE NEXT ONE ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
The widget shows the next session and what it asks for.
SUPPLY
Enter the pens you have and how many a box holds. Each logged injection takes one out, and Odak shows what is left and the day it stops covering your plan.
YOUR HISTORY, YOUR FILES
Export your history as a spreadsheet (CSV) or as a full backup, keep it wherever you choose, and restore it on a new iPhone. Deleted medications and injections wait in Recently Deleted until you remove them for good.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-in, no server, no analytics and no ads. Odak makes no network requests. Nobody, including the developer, can see what you record.

Every injection point has a spoken VoiceOver label, and every screen works with Voice Control, the largest text sizes, Dark Mode and Reduce Motion.

Odak records injections that were already prescribed. It decides no dose, no schedule and no injection site, and a question about the treatment goes to the prescriber who wrote it.
