DIY Stubs Organizer is the door and the dashboard for events you sell on DIY Stubs. It is built for show night: scan a ticket in about a second, find any guest by name, and see check-ins and sales as they happen.
DOOR MODE
Point your iPhone at a ticket QR code or an Apple Wallet pass. A valid ticket checks in with a haptic and a chime. A ticket that was already scanned is flagged with when it was used; with a connection, that includes scans at every other door. The guest list downloads before doors, so scanning keeps working in a basement with no signal. Offline, each phone checks tickets against its own copy of the guest list and queues the check-ins. When the phone reconnects they sync, and a ticket that was also used at another door in the meantime is listed on the Door screen.
GUEST LIST
Search by name, email, or ticket number. Swipe a name to check someone in without a QR code. Filter to everyone, who is in, or who is still to come.
TONIGHT
Checked in against sold, scans per minute, net after fees, gross, and the six latest orders, all live. No laptop on show night.
EVENTS AND ALERTS
Every upcoming and past event with sold counts per tier, plus alerts for new ticket sales and payouts.
DOOR STAFF
Add your door crew as scanners on diystubs.com. They scan from their own phones, see only the Door and Guests tabs for your events, and never see sales figures.
BUILT FOR DIY
DIY Stubs is ticketing for independent shows. Payouts go to your own Stripe account. Create events, set up payouts, and manage your account at diystubs.com.
DIY Stubs Organizer is sign-in only. Organizer accounts are created and approved on diystubs.com.

A new look: Stubs Blue, new type and new icons. Door mode is more dependable with no signal: a scan the server cannot confirm yet stays queued and retries on its own when the phone reconnects or the app comes back to the front, and any offline check-in the server later refuses is listed on the Door screen for your staff. A ticket refunded after the guest list downloaded is now turned away. Offline guest lists belong to the signed-in account and are cleared on sign-out.
