Need teams of similar sizes? Want to balance skill levels? Prefer to keep certain people together—or apart? Set your preferences and spend less time working out the combinations.
■ Create teams by size or number
Choose the number of teams or the number of members per team. Use it for classroom groups, sports practice, and everyday group activities.
■ Balance your teams
Take gender and skill levels into account when forming teams. You can also add your own rating categories, such as leadership or experience, and use them to help balance groups.
■ Keep selected members together or apart
Set preferences for specific members to be on the same team or different teams. Depending on the combination of requirements, it may not be possible to satisfy every condition.
■ Arrange seats, too
Create seating layouts with rows and columns or multiple round tables. Keep selected members in fixed seats while assigning the remaining seats.
■ Add members with less effort
Enter names individually or add multiple members at once from a list with one name per line. Use tags and custom attributes to organize member information.
■ Save member lists for next time
Save members as a group and load them again for future activities. Skip repeated registration for regular classes, practice sessions, and meetups.
