Umless hears every um, uh and hmm, marks each one on the timeline, and exports a clean cut at the original resolution and frame rate — all on your device Umless takes the "um" out of your videos. Point it at a recording and it listens through the whole thing on your device, marks every "um", "uh" and "hmm" on the timeline, and hands you the list. Tap a marker to hear that moment. Untick anything you want to keep. Then export — and get a video back at exactly the resolution and frame rate you started with. WHAT IT DOES • Finds filler words automatically, in a single pass • Marks every one on the scrubber — tap to play from there • Keep or cut each one individually • Sensitivity: catch everything, or only the obvious ones • Trim a little extra either side of each cut, to take the breath with it • Preview the finished edit before you commit to it • Saves straight to your photo library SAME FORMAT IN, SAME FORMAT OUT Most editors quietly re-encode everything to 1080p30. Umless copies the source's own numbers instead — width, height, frame rate, rotation and colour are all carried across, so a 4K 60 fps clip comes back 4K 60 fps. Only the ums are missing. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The speech model ships inside the app and runs on the Neural Engine. Your video never leaves your device — nothing is uploaded, and there’s no account to create. Finding and cutting the ums works in Airplane Mode.
