Poolproof: Pool Service Log
Photos, chemistry, reports
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Before and after photos, chemistry, what you added — captured at the pool and sent to the customer before you back out of the driveway.
The customer wasn't home. The report says you were.
Most pool techs work in empty backyards. Then the call comes at the end of the month: "you skipped us two weeks ago," or "why is the bill higher than last time?" You know you were there. You have nothing that shows it.
Poolproof turns every stop into a record the customer can see.
TODAY'S ROUTE
Set the service day and frequency once per account. Every morning the app opens on the pools you are actually driving to, not on a list of everything you have ever serviced. Overdue accounts move to the top so nothing quietly slips a week.
TWO MINUTES AT THE POOL
Before photo. Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, salt on a saltwater pool. What you brushed, vacuumed, emptied or backwashed. What you added. After photo. Save.
Every reading starts filled in from last week's visit, so you only change what moved. That is the difference between a tool you use on stop one and a tool you still use on stop twenty.
THE REPORT GOES OUT BEFORE YOU DO
One tap builds a PDF: both photos side by side, the readings with their normal ranges, the work performed, the chemicals added, your notes, the time, the location, and your logo at the top. Text it or email it from the driveway. The end-of-month argument stops happening.
EVERY POOL REMEMBERS ITSELF
Each account keeps its own card: gate code, where to park, the dog, pump and filter notes, gallons. Chemistry history shows how the pool trends week over week, so a slow drift is visible before it becomes a green pool. Send a helper to cover a route and they know what they are walking into.
BUILT FOR A BACKYARD, NOT AN OFFICE
No account to create, no login, no monthly server. Everything lives on your phone, so a side yard with one bar of signal is not a problem. Photos are downsized on save and you can clear old ones with a tap while keeping every reading and note.
WHO IT IS FOR
Independent pool techs and small route companies. If you service between five and eighty pools and your current system is a phone camera roll plus memory, this replaces both.
FREE AND PRO
The free version covers five pools and prints a small Poolproof line in the report footer. Poolproof Pro removes both, adds unlimited pools, your own logo on every report, chemistry trend charts and CSV export.
Poolproof Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

A NOTE ON WATER CHEMISTRY
Poolproof records the readings you take and shows them over time. It does not test water, does not calculate doses, and does not tell you whether a pool is safe to swim in. Those calls stay with you.
