Bitcoin Address Monitor provides a clear, read-only overview of public Bitcoin addresses. Add addresses by copy and paste, assign recognizable names and organize them into custom groups using drag and drop.
ADDRESS MONITORING
View the current balance and transaction history of your monitored addresses.
The app automatically detects the Bitcoin network from the address. No manual network configuration is required.
CLEAR BITCOIN VALUES
Amounts are consistently displayed as:
BTC · Sats · EUR/USD
Choose EUR or USD as your preferred display currency. Historical transactions include an estimated fiat value based on the Bitcoin market rate for the transaction date.
GROUPS AND SUMMARY
Create groups for different purposes, such as savings, donations, business or cold storage.
Drag and drop addresses between groups and see the combined balance across all monitored addresses in the Summary.
TRANSACTION HISTORY
Review incoming and outgoing transactions in a clear From/To format. See transaction IDs, network fees and the balance movements affecting your monitored addresses.
Known addresses are displayed using their assigned names. External sender and recipient addresses are shown in abbreviated form.
Add your own notes to individual transactions for easier identification.
OUTPUT REVIEW
Review the outputs of outgoing transactions and identify addresses controlled by you, such as change addresses. Selected addresses can automatically be added to monitoring.
Already monitored outputs are clearly marked and cannot be deselected accidentally.
ESTIMATED PROFIT AND LOSS
Mark relevant outgoing transactions and view their estimated profit or loss in your selected display currency.
Choose between Average Cost and FIFO as the cost-basis method. Estimates use historical Bitcoin market prices and the reviewed outputs belonging to your monitored addresses.

Stores monitored addresses, names, groups and notes locally on your Mac
Only public Bitcoin addresses are monitored. The app cannot automatically discover other addresses belonging to the same wallet. Change addresses must be identified through output review.
