Nagaa Driver is the official app for couriers delivering with Nagaa. Manage your whole working day from one place: go online, receive nearby delivery requests, follow the route on a live map, and keep track of what you earn. RECEIVE AND MANAGE ORDERS Get new delivery requests as they arrive, review the pickup and drop-off details before you accept, and move each order through every stage: accepted, arrived at the store, order received, out for delivery, and delivered. A MAP THAT FOLLOWS YOUR TRIP The map focuses automatically on the stage you are in, so you always see the route that matters right now — from your location to the partner store, then from the store to the customer. FULL ORDER DETAILS See the order ID, date, status, items, amount, pickup address, customer address, and an order photo when available, so you know exactly what you are carrying and where it is going. TRACK YOUR EARNINGS Follow your wallet balance and transaction history, and review your delivery statistics to see how much you have earned and how many orders you have completed. SIMPLE ONBOARDING Register with your phone number, verify it by SMS, choose your vehicle type — car, motorcycle, or bicycle — and upload your required documents straight from your camera or photo library. Our team reviews your account before activation. INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications keep you updated on new orders and status changes, even when the app is in the background. ARABIC AND ENGLISH Choose your language when you first open the app and change it any time from settings, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Reach our support team from the in-app Help Center whenever you have a question about an order or your account. WHO THIS APP IS FOR Nagaa Driver is intended for registered Nagaa couriers only. You need an approved courier account to use it. If you are a customer looking to place an order, please download the Nagaa customer app instead. LOCATION Your location is used to show your position on the map, match you with nearby orders, and share your progress with the customer during an active delivery.
