Nautiq — The Digital Logbook for Yacht & Ship Crew
Nautiq is your daily command center for life at sea — whether you're on a rotation, full-time, or day-boat crew. Track your schedule, log your sea time, and keep every record you need for your career in one place.
Home Dashboard
See your on/off-board status at a glance, with next handover countdowns and recent activity — everything you need the moment you open the app.
Unified Calendar
Every rotation, sea time entry, holiday and course in one view, by day, month or full year. No rotation? No problem — full-time and day-boat crew get the same unified view for personal planner entries and passages.
Rotation Planner
Set up your on/off pattern and let Nautiq project your schedule forward automatically. Link a rotation opposite to see both schedules side by side, with handovers, on-board time, and projections kept in sync. Confirmed and projected totals show together, all the way to your chosen date, so you can see your rotations balance out before you confirm them.
Sea Time Log
Log every passage and get an instant sea service summary — days on board, days at sea, nautical miles, and more, broken down exactly how you need it for your record.
Discharge Book
A digital record of every sign-on and sign-off, mirroring your physical discharge book — the authoritative source for your on/off board status.
Vessel Log
Every vessel you've served on, with automatic days-on-board tracking and full vessel details.
Personal Planner
Track holidays, medical appointments and courses alongside your rotation, with totals for every category kept visible at a glance.
Professional PDF Exports
Every log — sea time, rotation, and personal planner — comes with a ready-to-share PDF summary, perfect for handover, compliance, or your own records.
Nautiq is built for how crew actually work — not a generic scheduling app, but a purpose-built logbook for the maritime industry.
