Trackhawk Rescue helps you get moving when your Trackhawk GPS kill switch prevents your vehicle from starting.
Connect to your Trackhawk tracker over your phone's Bluetooth and disable the kill switch directly from your phone. No mobile coverage is needed.
How it works:
- Sign in using your Trackhawk GPS username/email
- Check your email for a 6 digit code from Trackhawk GPS
- At the vehicle, tap it. The app finds the tracker over Bluetooth and checks it is the right vehicle.
- Tap Disable Kill Switch and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or your phone's passcode. The app sends the command to the tracker; then start the vehicle.
Before you begin:
- You must be an existing Trackhawk GPS customer with a compatible tracker and an active subscription
- You must have access to your email to receive the 6 digit code.
- Keep bluetooth enabled on your phone and stay close to the vehicle.
