It is an analysis tool, not a signal service. BlueFlow does not predict outcomes, never tells you to buy or sell, and says "not visible" instead of guessing at something the chart does not show. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
