BMEs Service Request helps biomedical engineers and technicians coordinate equipment service requests across the UAE. • Select equipment and describe the service you need. • Attach equipment photos and supporting documents. • Track request progress, review provider responses and follow updates. • Connect with a provider and manage requests through resolution. Notifications and request activity help you stay informed from submission to closure. An approved engineer, technician or service-provider account is required. Vendor registration must be completed on the BMEs website. This app coordinates equipment servicing; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not upload patient information.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Equipment selection is now optional for service requests, with vendor selection retained. Added Junior BME Training requests. Improved the mobile login screen layout.
