Badala brings customer conversations and your team into one shared business inbox. It is available to businesses of every size, with a separate, private workspace for each organization. You do not need to be affiliated with Bricks or an existing customer. KEEP CUSTOMER CONVERSATIONS TOGETHER Work with your organization's connected WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging channels. Read and reply to conversations, share attachments and voice notes, and keep customer context close by. WORK AS A TEAM Use internal notes and mentions to coordinate with colleagues. Find conversations, review contact details and keep track of the messages that need your attention. SEE THE CUSTOMER CONTEXT View information from the integrations your organization has connected, including customer profiles, CRM records and billing information where available. Access depends on your organization's setup and your permissions. UNDERSTAND YOUR INBOX Review organization analytics, message activity and team response metrics. GETTING ACCESS Badala is a business subscription service. Any business can request a workspace through our website. Our team reviews the business requirements, agrees a subscription plan and activates the workspace. Your organization administrator then adds team members. The iPhone app is a free companion for existing workspace users. Sign in with your workspace email and password. There are no Badala subscription purchases in the app. Connected messaging and integration providers may have their own eligibility requirements and fees. Your organization's conversations remain private and subject to its member permissions.
