Your agri-input shop in your pocket: today's sales, stock on hand, expiring batches and customer dues. Share bills on WhatsApp and chat with farmers on Soul Kisaan.
SKS Platinum puts your agri-input shop's books on your phone. It is the mobile companion to the SKS billing software you already run at the counter. Sign in with your firm's mobile number and see sales, purchases, stock and party balances wherever you are.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard: see this month's sales and purchases, bill counts and your sales trend at a glance.
• Sales and purchases: search and open any bill with its full item list, rates, tax and totals.
• Share bills as PDF: turn any sale or purchase into a clean A4 PDF with your letterhead and licence numbers, with the amount written in lakh and crore. Send it on WhatsApp in a couple of taps.
• Stock statement: see one line per item with quantity on hand and stock value at cost. Find items by name, batch number or barcode. Filter by in stock, sold out, expiring soon or expired.
• Batch and expiry tracking: open any item to see its batches, with the ones expiring first at the top. Every figure can be traced back to its stock movements.
• Customers and suppliers: see balances, phone numbers and GSTIN. Call a party directly, or open WhatsApp with a payment reminder ready to send.
• Reports: pick a period and get sales, purchases, gross margin, tax, trends, top customers and suppliers, a weekday pattern and outstanding totals. Share the report as a PDF with your accountant or partner.
• Multiple firms: if your account covers more than one shop, switch between them from the menu.
• Soul Kisaan: invite your farmer customers to the Soul Kisaan app, then answer their questions and exchange photos in chat.
BUILT FOR SEED, FERTILIZER AND PESTICIDE DEALERS
Your firm details show your seed, fertilizer and pesticide licences. Amounts use Indian number formatting. The app is built to work on patchy rural mobile data.
YOUR DATA STAYS SAFE
SKS Platinum is a view of your shop's books. It cannot change bills, stock or balances, so nothing you tap on your phone can alter your accounts. Each sign-in can only see the firms it has been given access to.
REQUIREMENTS
You need an active SKS account from Soulsoft Infotech. To explore the app first, use the demo sign-in on the login screen. It opens a sample shop, and no account is needed.
