Stop hunting through your Desktop. PinPeek keeps your newest screenshots in a floating panel, and the rest in a searchable library you can rename and sort in seconds. PinPeek keeps your screenshots organized, searchable, and easy to access on your Mac. Choose a folder and PinPeek builds a local screenshot library while keeping your newest images visible in a customizable floating preview panel. Drag screenshots directly into Finder, Mail, Messages, or compatible creative tools without searching through folders. HOW IT WORKS PinPeek organizes the screenshots that appear in the folder you select. If macOS currently saves your screenshots somewhere else, PinPeek can open Apple's Screenshot utility so you can point the system at the same folder. PinPeek never changes system settings on its own. FLOATING PREVIEW PANEL Keep your latest screenshots visible while you work. Choose from five panel sizes, horizontal or vertical layouts, and display from 1 to 10 recent screenshots. Use On Desktop, Normal Window, or Always on Top modes to place the panel where it best fits your workflow. Customize the panel with pastel frame colors, solid backgrounds, gradients, transparency, and adjustable opacity. Peek Mode can collapse the panel into a compact draggable bubble when you need more screen space, then expand it again with a click. ORGANIZE YOUR SCREENSHOT LIBRARY Browse your screenshots in grid or list view. Search by file name, extension, or capture date. Sort your library by capture date, modification date, name, or file size. Smart groups provide quick access to All, Favorites, Today, This Week, This Month, and PinPeek Trash. FAST FILE MANAGEMENT Rename screenshots individually or in batches with collision protection. Move files to folders you choose, import images using drag and drop or the file picker, mark favorites, and restore items from PinPeek Trash. Automatic numbering can apply a configurable counter, separator, width, and optional prefix to newly arriving screenshots. Reversible actions can be undone with Command-Z, and permanent deletions always ask first. QUICK LOOK AND DRAG AND DROP Preview screenshots using native macOS Quick Look. Drag images from the library or the floating preview panel into Finder, Mail, Messages, or compatible apps. Dragged files keep their original names. SUPPORTED FORMATS PinPeek supports PNG, JPEG, and HEIC image files. BUILT FOR MACOS PinPeek works only with folders that you explicitly select. PinPeek supports VoiceOver, full keyboard navigation, and the Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, and Increase Contrast accessibility settings. A built-in tutorial explains every feature and is available at any time from the Help menu. Optional Launch at Login support allows PinPeek to be ready when you start your Mac. This feature is disabled by default. PRIVACY PinPeek is designed to work locally on your Mac. PinPeek does not require an account. There are no ads, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, or network requests. Your screenshots, thumbnails, preferences, and related metadata remain on your Mac.
