Animal Friends OS is the operating system for pet-care businesses — grooming,
boarding, daycare, and training in one place. This app puts it in your pocket.
Built by a pet-care operator who ran a grooming, boarding, and daycare facility
for over a decade — not by a software company guessing what your day looks like.
YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
• Today screen: who's in the building, who's arriving, who's going home
• Live schedule with what's happening now and what's next
• Kennel and daycare capacity in real time
MEET CLAIRE — YOUR AI COPILOT
Claire is built into your OS and works from your business's own live data.
Ask her anything — "who's coming in tomorrow?", "how many boardings this
week?" — and she answers from your real schedule, clients, and bookings.
She can draft messages, look things up, and help you handle the day. When
she takes an action, she asks first. Everything is scoped to your account,
permission-aware, and logged.
RUN THE FRONT DESK FROM ANYWHERE
• Confirm or decline booking requests the moment they come in
• Check pets in and out, mark bookings paid
• Full client and pet profiles — call, text, or email in one tap
• Vaccine records at a glance
PAYMENTS, HANDLED
• See your OS Payments status and invoices
• Mark invoices paid on the spot
(Payments are your business charging your clients — processed through your
own account. This app never sells you anything.)
PHOTOS CLIENTS LOVE
Snap a photo, watermark it with your logo, and send it — happy dogs sell
grooming better than any ad.
STAY IN THE LOOP
Claire can send you a push when something needs you — a new booking request,
a payment landing. Only when it matters. Never at night.
HONEST BY DESIGN
