HOW IT WORKS Import a PDF, EPUB or DOCX file, scan a page, paste text, or bring in text from your clipboard, then tap play. The app reads it aloud with an on-device AI voice while highlighting along as it goes. Pick up exactly where you left off any time you return. The app reads text-based PDF pages and uses on-device text recognition for scanned or image-only pages, so accuracy on those pages can vary. EPUB and DOCX files are read as flowing text rather than fixed pages, and in DOCX only the main body is read - not headers, footers, footnotes or comments. Corrupted, encrypted, DRM-protected or unsupported files may not extract correctly, and older .doc files cannot be opened. On-device processing speed and voice quality can vary by device. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: every feature is available, with up to 15 minutes of listening per 24-hour period (across every document). The allowance comes back 24 hours after you start listening, not at midnight. Premium: listen without a daily limit with a one-time Lifetime purchase, a monthly subscription, or a 3-month subscription. The Lifetime and 3-month plans include every feature. The monthly plan does not include word-by-word highlighting or skipping headers and footers in PDFs.
