How far can you fly? Turn a set of push-ups into a pipe-dodging challenge. Set your iPhone in a stable position, face the camera, and move up and down to guide your portrait through the gaps. Your movement is the controller. FIND YOUR PACE Choose Arcade for a steady up-and-down rhythm without holds, Flow for a gentler start, Rush for a faster flight, or Blitz for double Rush speed. Changing heights and short hold sections keep you moving. SET DOWN. SETTLE IN. FLY. Calibrate your movement range once, then reuse it for your next run. Each flight waits for your phone to settle before the countdown. If the phone tilts during play, the game pauses. Recalibrate when your movement range or setup changes. A NEW CHALLENGE EACH DAY Take on daily courses, choose knees or regular push-ups, and share a friend challenge with the same course and target. Track your weekly workout days and earn decorative trails as you keep playing. CHASE YOUR PERSONAL BEST See the gates you clear, your calibrated rep count and your best scores. Your flight log saves completed runs on your iPhone. PLAY OFFLINE, KEEP IT LOCAL Camera processing happens on your iPhone. PushUp Flight does not record video or upload your camera images. No account, ads or subscription is required. History and preferences stay local, subject to device backup settings. An optional local beta diary can be exported only when you choose to share it. Use a stable phone position, good lighting and enough space to move comfortably. Keep one person in view and pause whenever you need a break. Requires camera access and first-use calibration. Rep counts measure calibrated movement cycles; the app does not assess exercise form.
