Zigsa Staff is the staff app for businesses that run on Zigsa. Everything your team needs during the day, without opening the computer:
• Home: what needs you now — tasks, chats waiting for a reply and today's pending appointments.
• Today and Upcoming: the schedule for today and the next days, with each appointment's status.
• Scan: read the customer's appointment QR code and open it instantly.
• Chats: WhatsApp and web chat in a single inbox. Reply, take over a conversation, hand it to a teammate, leave internal notes and use saved replies.
• Tasks: reminders and to-dos for the team, with alerts.
• Alerts: get notified when a customer asks for a person, when a conversation is assigned to you or someone mentions you.
You sign in with the account your business gives you in Zigsa. If you don't have one yet, ask your business administrator.
