You can just send a voice message while you cook with ingredients and their amounts. When you tell the recipe is finished, it will save the total calories and calculate nutrition per 100g or per serving. IDEAL FOR MEAL PREP If you cook ahead of time and want to keep track of calories, Omu can save complete meals with their macros. So when you eat them, you can simply mention them in chat. A PHOTO WORKS TOO Send a photo of your food or its nutrition label to log it. For a more accurate estimate, you can add more details in your message. DAILY TARGETS BASED ON RESEARCH We've used findings from recent nutrition studies and meta-analyses on fat loss, muscle growth, and body recomposition. After a short onboarding, you'll get calorie, protein, fat, and carb targets based for your body type and goals.
