Community is the app for living in a gated community. Let visitors in without a phone call, see who came to your home, and hear from management the moment it matters.
FOR RESIDENTS
• Give a visitor a pass. Family gets a permanent one, a guest gets one for the day, a pool service gets set days of the week. The guard sees it at the gate, so nobody has to call you.
• Know when they arrive. Your phone dings when the guard lets your visitor in, with the time and the vehicle.
• See who came to your home. Every arrival, and anyone who was turned away.
• Keep a deny list. Someone you never want at your door is turned away at the gate without a call.
• Keep your household current. Who lives at your home, the phone numbers the guard house tries in order, and your vehicles.
• Read announcements from management, with the urgent ones marked.
THE GUARD HOUSE AND THE OFFICE
The guard house and the property manager work on the website at community.abie.com: the guard checks passes and admits visitors there, and the manager keeps homes, residents, vehicles and announcements current. The app is for residents; what a guard admits at the gate shows up on the resident's phone.
SIGNING IN
Community is used by communities that run on it. Sign in with the email address your property manager has on file. A code is sent to that address; there is no password to remember.
Community is built and run by ABIE, LLC. It shows no ads, runs no analytics and sells nothing about you. What it holds and who can see it is set out plainly at https://community.abie.com/privacy.
