• Two new kinds of cats now appear in town: cats with short legs and hairless cats. • Fixed cats' hind paws looking sunk into the floor while lying down or sitting.

• After the opening guide, other pop-ups wait a little so you can go straight on to the next request. • Small text is now bigger, and faint text is darker and easier to read. • Fixed the sparkle in cats' eyes showing in their coat color. • Fixed the box not arriving if the day changed while you were reading the opening guide. • Fixed the shelter's side items being cut off on tall phones such as the Galaxy Z Flip. • Tap somewhere the guide isn't pointing and it shows you again where to tap.

• In town you can now raise a camera and capture cats' moments. They collect in the album's Town tab. • Town cats you befriend now come to you, and you may see them chasing birds and butterflies. • A new Photo request arrives once a day, and you can see when the next one comes. • Cats you decided to name later now appear on the elimination board.

• Filling a Photo request slot now pops your photo up as an instant photo. The request board shows your own photos too. • Renown now rises more for returning found parents, adoptions, and finding lost cats. Releasing cats and wrong answers no longer change it. • The Play button now dims only the tools you can't use. Also fixed [To morning] at night sometimes skipping two days.

• Fixed a bug where, with account save on, the app asked you to choose a save every time it opened.

• New players get a cat tower as a gift. Place it anywhere in the room. • Watch an ad for a bonus after solving a case, or when you run out of churu or play. • Each gem pack gives double gems on your first purchase. You can also add film and play with gems. • Fixed the app sometimes closing unexpectedly.

• More coat colors! You can now meet chocolate, colorpoint and spotted cats. • Every cat now has its own marks, like a nose spot, a white tail tip or mismatched socks. Tell look-alikes apart by their marks. • While playing with the wand toy, tap [Photo] to snap a picture right away. • Fixed the [Watching] row on a cat's card being hidden under the banner. • New in Settings: [Start over] from day one without deleting the app, tutorial optional. • The app is now almost half the size.

• Picking up a cat is now about timing! Tap the moment the shrinking circle meets the gold ring. You get three tries. • Sneaking up is Red Light, Green Light! The light turns yellow when the cat is about to look back and red when it does. Freeze on red and it won't spot you. • The trap switch is more forgiving: a little early or late still counts, and you can set it again in the same spot. • Cats in your shelter can now appear on the mom and dad candidate list.

• Traps are all new! Set a trap and hide, and a cat will come closer. Press the switch to shut the door the moment it's eating inside. Too early or too late and it runs away. • Raccoons and magpies visit traps too. Pressing the switch on a raccoon breaks the trap, so hold back! • One trap is now all you need, so the 2nd and 3rd traps are no longer sold. If you bought them, your bells have been refunded. • Newcomer cats show up right away, and the keyboard no longer hides the name box.

• Neighborhoods no longer run out of cats. When you welcome a foster cat into your family or send the cat from a crayon drawing home, a new cat shows up in its spot the next day. • New faces have arrived in neighborhoods that were down to one or two cats. • Fixed cats standing still on the cat wheel while it spun. They really run now.

• Fixed taps on "Tap to start" taking a long time to register at launch. While your cloud save syncs, you'll now see "Connecting to cloud…", and you can start right after. • The cat in a crayon drawing may turn out to be one you've already adopted out. Contact the adoptive family to reunite them. • Fixed a bug where a candidate brought into the shelter mid-case disappeared from the candidate table.

• New toy mouse in [Play]! Face off with one cat and dodge their pounce. Every cat has its own tell before it leaps. • Short on bells for food or litter? You can now get emergency care aid right there. The bowl fills right away, and a heart appears on the price tag on days aid is available. • Fixed a bug where welcoming a foster cat into your family could overfill a full shelter. The button now tells you why. • Fixed a bug where the bottom menu didn't respond right after launching the app.

• Follow the neighborhood hint when you're stuck and the cat will really be there. Fixed a bug where the hinted place didn't have the cat. • A cat that runs off during a search now sneaks back to another hiding spot after a while, so you can try again without leaving.

• Personality names in the codex's preference log now show in your chosen language, and text no longer spills out of its box. • When a new version arrives, the briefing on your return now tells you what changed. • Improved anonymous usage stats that help us polish the game. Cat names and account info are never sent.

• Easier catching: a colored bubble above each reachable cat shows your chance. Even feisty cats can be tried, at low odds. • Food you set down for a chosen cat is no longer stolen by others. • Hiding spots now reach the foreground, making searches wider. • Traps may catch unexpected guests like raccoons and magpies. The map shows broken and full-kennel badges. • The return briefing is now a clear card layout. • Fixed several bugs, including trap pickup with a full kennel.
