Keep your agreements clear with Loma. Track money owed to you and amounts you owe in separate views. Record cash loans or items with quantity and price per item, and keep track of who holds an item. Record payments quickly, including partial payments. See the remaining balance, repayment history and missed installments. Choose weekly, monthly, first-day, last-day, mid-month or one-time payment schedules. Make interest terms explicit: a monthly percentage of the original loan, a monthly percentage of declining scheduled principal, an annual effective rate, or a fixed monthly charge. Create a simple repayment agreement PDF with the parties, terms, amounts and signature spaces. Keep saved contracts with their agreements and share them using the system share sheet. Optional local reminders notify you of due and overdue payments. Enable iCloud Sync in Settings to synchronize records between your devices signed in to the same iCloud account. Loma is a record-keeping tool. It does not issue loans, broker credit, move money or connect to bank accounts. Payment status reflects the receipts you record. SUBSCRIPTION Loma requires an annual subscription. Eligible customers can try all features free for 14 days, then pay US$2.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The trial converts to a paid annual subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
