PicRoute - Photo Memories
Turn trips into memory videos
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Introducing PicRoute! Rediscover photo and video memories on a map and timeline, find moments by date and place, and turn your photos into videos to share.
Where were those moments captured?
PicRoute brings your travel and everyday memories back to life on a map and timeline, using the capture time and location information in photos and videos stored on your device.
Explore places on a map
See photos and videos with location information on the map and rediscover moments from your trips and everyday life.
Browse a chronological timeline
Explore your photos and videos by month and day. Use the map and timeline together to see when and where your memories were captured.
Find moments by date and region
Combine date and region filters to narrow your timeline and find photos from a past trip or a particular place.
Enjoy photos and videos
View photos in detail and play videos while browsing your memories in one continuous flow.
Create memory videos
Turn selected photos and map backgrounds into timeline videos. Videos are generated on your device and can be saved or shared.
Start with the media you choose
No account or sign-in is required. Choose which photos and videos the app can access. Limited photo access is supported.
Original media stay on your device
PicRoute does not upload or store original photos, videos, filenames, thumbnails, or personal timelines on PicRoute servers. Capture time and location metadata are analyzed on your device.
To display region names, reduced-precision location information may be sent to PicRoute servers and Google services. Fetching background maps for timeline videos sends the map center coordinates and zoom level. See the privacy policy for details about data processing by maps, advertising, and other external services.
Please note
• Photos and videos need location metadata to appear on the map.
• Photo and video access is required. The media shown depend on the access you grant.
• Location permission is requested when you use the current-location feature. PicRoute does not continuously track your location in the background.
• The free version may display ads. PicRoute Premium removes ads with a one-time purchase.
