Queststone
Chores turned into quests!
Free · In‑App Purchases
Make chores epic. Finish quests for XP and gold, level up your hero and trade gold for real-life treats. New in 1.2: A quest board that comes alive, and a new satchel!
Queststone turns chores and everyday tasks into quests. Make a hero, start a guild with the people you live with (or play solo), and earn XP, gold and levels for getting things done.
QUESTS FOR EVERYONE
Add quests with due dates, steps and repeats. Finish one and watch your hero grow.
GUARDIANS AND PATHFINDERS
Guardians hand out quests and grant seals when a quest is really done. Pathfinders take quests on and earn their rewards.
BOONS: REAL-LIFE TREATS
Guardians offer boons like "Pick Friday's movie". Heroes save their gold and ask for them.
JOURNEYS
Plan family events like Grandma's visit. Each day you finish a journey quest lights up, and the journey's chest grows until it opens when the journey ends.
YOUR HERO, YOUR LOOK
Spend gold in the outfitter on hero looks, companions, borders and banners, and pick the style you like: smooth, pixel or inked.
PLAYS TOGETHER
Guilds sync through iCloud, so everyone sees the same board on their own iPhone or iPad. No separate accounts or passwords.
A little progress. A little magic.

What's new:
- See a quest go. A quest you hand to someone says "Sending to Mia…" while it's on its way, then "Sent to Mia ", then folds into one Given to others slip on your board, where everything you've handed out waits.
- Finished quests say who did them and when: "Done by Mia · Tue, Oct 27".
- The Quest board and your guild's hall come alive on iPhone 15 Pro and later: their banners are little dioramas that shift as you tilt your phone, with waterfalls, sunbeams, lanterns and fireflies moving.
- Journeys have sceneries of their own: a cozy cottage, a fireside living room, a lantern fair, a market town, a seaside cove with a lighthouse, a lakeside dock, a snowy village inn and a fairy glen. On iPhone 15 Pro and later they move as you tilt your phone too.
- A clearer Guild page: the guild's name on its hall, Guilds and Edit under it, and the numbers on a card below.
- A short first walk for new players: making your first quest, and on the Guild page what boons are, adding the first one, or asking for one. Skip it any time.
- A new satchel: your finds sit in their own wells cut into its leather, redrawn as little 3D treasures that spin when you open one, and they come out of the bag into their wells as it opens.
- The dawnstone's Better finds emblem is redrawn to match the other two.
- The Badges button shows your sash's first three places, and they fly into the sash as it opens.
- New Home Screen icons: Queststone, the Quest book and Oathbound redrawn, and a Fox and an Owl to choose from. The old three are still there under Classic in Settings.
- All 42 heroes redrawn by hand, with more detail and character, and the heroes round the camp fire redrawn to match them.
- Repeating quests are due the day they come: Sunday's chore says "Due today", not the last day of its week. A weekly or monthly one you miss stays on your board, marked late, until the next one arrives.
- A quest someone sends you while Queststone is open now shows up straight away, not half a minute later.
- On iOS 18, the streak flame opens Your week again after you visit another tab.
- A name or companion someone changes on their own phone is no longer overwritten by an older copy from another phone in the guild.
- A streak look you've reached but not yet collected says "Waiting in Your week" in the shop.
- In the shop, each card opens only from a tap on it, never from a tap on the card beside it.
- The welcome's room has a new view through its window, snowy peaks over a valley and a cottage, with warmer sunlight and soft moonlight falling through it. Begin your adventure is bigger and sits further from I've played before.
- On iPhone Duo, opening it during the welcome keeps the desk as it was and pans across to the open book.
- On iPad and iPhone Duo: the community rules open in front of their notice, today's trail keeps its numbers whole at the largest text sizes, and a new badge's gold dot no longer swells the Duo's tab bar.
- With VoiceOver at the largest text sizes, the guild editor's Save is easy to find, and the camp names only the heroes round the fire.
