Billzen is a GST billing and business management app for existing Billzen users. Sign in with your Billzen account to manage invoices, parties, inventory, payments, ledgers, reports and Tally-ready accounting data from your phone.

With Billzen you can:
Create and manage GST invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, debit invoices and credit notes
Manage customers, suppliers, items, employees and inventory
Record receipts, supplier payments, debit, credit and business expenses
Attach and view proof documents where supported
Review customer, supplier and individual ledgers
Generate GST, profit and loss, GSTR JSON and Excel reports for your accountant or filing workflow
Prepare Tally-ready exports and manage Tally company settings
Use E-Invoice and E-Way Bill actions when your account and credentials are configured
Share invoice and ledger PDFs from your device
Receive account notifications from your business admin
Available features depend on your organization’s subscription, account permissions and configured services.
Security is designed for business use. Mobile sessions use secure device storage, short-lived access tokens and refresh protection. You can also enable an app lock using fingerprint, face or device authentication where supported by your phone.
This mobile app does not create a new Billzen account inside the app. It is for active Billzen users, teams and businesses with a valid Billzen login. Features may vary depending on subscription status, account permissions, service configuration and internet connectivity.
