Dotsed: Tattoo Idea Planner
Placement, references & brief
Free
Pictures are not a plan. One placement, references with the why, and a brief your artist can read — free to start.
Pictures are not a plan.
Dotsed is the tattoo planner for one place on your body. Save what belongs, keep why it matters, and walk into the consult with a brief — not a camera roll.
WHAT YOU GET
• One project per placement — full back, forearm, ribs, hand, and more
• References you like and ones to avoid, in one workspace
• Voice or text notes that become a clear summary
• Tattoo Artist Questions so the brief gets sharper over time
• A brief you can read in the app or export as PDF
• Daily Inspiration matched to this project — not a feed
HOW IT WORKS
1. Start with a place on you.
2. Add photos, voice, and the artists you trust.
3. Hand your artist a brief they can actually use.
Dotsed does not draw the tattoo. It is not an AI generator, marketplace, booking tool, or AR try-on. Private by default. Works offline. Free to start.
18+. For adults planning a tattoo they will wear.

Safer sharing with your tattoo artist
• Invite codes now work once and expire after 7 days. Codes created before this update no longer work — tap “Share with tattoo artist” to send a fresh one.
• Opening an invite link now asks you first, before connecting you with anyone.
• When you remove an artist from a project, their access is gone for good.
Your data stays yours
• Signing out now saves your latest changes first, then removes your projects from this device, so whoever uses it next sees nothing of yours.
Also in this update
• A new serif typeface for the Russian version.
• Notifications now reach every device you’re signed in on.
• Clearer permission requests and stability improvements.
