IdeaLab! is the official app for the conference at WHU in Vallendar. Everything you need for the two days, without carrying a paper programme.
THE PROGRAMME
Browse the full schedule and save the sessions you want, so your own agenda is the first thing you see. Set reminders so you are never in the wrong room, and export sessions to your calendar. Register for workshops, and respond to an offer if a place opens up on a waitlist.
THE PEOPLE
Find the attendees worth your time. Browse profiles by interest, send a connection request, and message anyone who accepts. Looking for one particular person? Search by name or email and start the conversation there.
MATCHING
Swipe through people the app suggests, open roles, and, if you are a founder or an investor, the other side of the table. A match opens a chat, so an introduction does not depend on running into each other.
MEETINGS
Propose a time that suits you and let the other person accept or decline. No more working out diaries in a corridor.
JOBS
A career board and a swipe deck of open roles from the companies at the event. Keep the ones worth a second look and come back to them later.
THE VENUE
Floor plans for every level, searchable, with routing that works between floors as well as across one.
YOUR TICKET
Your check-in code lives in the app, next to a LinkedIn code you can hold up when you meet somebody, so you are not spelling out your profile URL.
PARTNERS AND SPEAKERS
Pages for the organisations supporting the event and the people on stage, so you know who you are talking to before you walk over.

Room changes, schedule updates and anything else the organisers need you to know, in one place rather than scattered across email.
