Seattle publishes live status for five bridges: Fremont, Ballard, Montlake, 1st Ave S and South Park. Seattle Drawbridges shows you which are up right now, how long each has been up, and when it last opened. The University Bridge and the SW Spokane St swing bridge have no live feed. The app tells you that instead of guessing.

Alerts
Pick the bridges you cross. Get one notification when one goes up, and another if it stays up 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Pause alerts for an hour, the rest of the morning, or a week.
History
Every lift MileCheck has logged for each bridge: how many this week, how long a lift typically runs, the busiest hours of the day, and the last lifts with their durations.
Opening rules
Each bridge carries its federal opening rule from 33 CFR 117, in plain words and in full. Weekday rush-hour hours, the ten-minute traffic hold, night notice. The reasons a bridge does or does not open, on the bridge's own page.
Map
Live traffic near the bridges, a note when WSDOT has a closure nearby, and directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, whichever you have.
Honest about the feed
Seattle's feed has no timestamps. When it goes quiet for twelve hours the app says so and stops calling any bridge closed. A bridge is never shown as down because nobody is reporting.
No account. No ads. Your location stays on your phone. Turn alerts on and the only thing stored is a push token and the bridges you chose; turn them off and it is removed.
