Dodo recognises the foods and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat. Adjust portions, confirm, and it's logged. DODO, YOUR AI ASSISTANT Ask about portions, swaps, cravings or how to read a label. Dodo knows your goals and today's log, and it hands you over to your dietitian when a question needs a professional. DAILY TRACKING • Calories and macros with a daily goal range and streak • Water intake with reminders • Blood glucose log with fasting and post-meal context • Medication and vitamin reminders • Period tracking • Weight trend SUGAR-FREE JOURNEY Set a sugar limit, mark your days, keep your streak and earn milestones. A slip does not reset your progress. APPLE HEALTH See steps, heart rate, sleep and more on one dashboard, and keep your water in sync with the Health app. TOOLS BMI, body fat, macro split, calorie needs, circadian meal timing and a nutrient interaction guide. BOOK YOUR DIETITIAN Schedule a free introductory call directly in the app. DODO PREMIUM An optional auto-renewing subscription with higher daily limits for meal scans and Dodo messages, 60 days of history, the full calorie breakdown, sugar-craving insights and the Apple Health dashboard. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage it in your App Store account settings.
