Makon CRM
Contracts, payments, reports
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Makon runs a multi-building residential complex from your phone: sales
contracts, instalment schedules, payments and accounting, in the currency,
language and paperwork your country actually uses.
DASHBOARD
See contract value, units sold, collection rate and the week's collections the
moment you open the app.
CONTRACTS AND INSTALMENTS
Every contract with its value, paid and remaining balance, unit and area.
Filter by status, or work through what is due by instalment.
PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
Record a payment against a contract, drill into any day's receipts, and see the
split between cash and bank at a glance.
REPORTS
Overview, payments, expenses and cashflow — plus daily payments, payment
behaviour, monthly schedules, instalments and general statistics.
CLIENTS AND BUILDINGS
Your buyers, their contracts and their balances, alongside every block, floor
and unit with live availability.
PASSPORT SCANNER
Photograph a passport or national ID and the client's details fill themselves
in. Images are processed and never stored.
FOUR LANGUAGES
English, Russian, Uzbek and Tajik, switchable in the app, so the sales desk and
the accountant each work in their own.
BUILT FOR YOUR DEPLOYMENT
Currency, payment methods and phone formats follow your organisation's
configuration rather than a hard-coded rule. Uzbekistan runs on UZS;
Tajikistan on USD with somoni receipts.
Makon requires an account on your organisation's Makon Office deployment. If
your company does not use Makon yet, get in touch at hello@makon.online.
