New in this update: • Save as photocard: after you take a photo, tap Photocard in the “Photo | Photocard” switch below it to save a 55×85 mm card with a white border. The small signature in the corner can be turned off. • Shots with my fave: photos, photocards and videos you save or share now line up at the top of Characters. Tap one and choose “Shoot again with this fave” to jump straight back in. Only small previews are kept, on this device. • Swipe down without saving and you’ll first be asked “Close without saving?”, so a shot never slips away by accident. • Full-body timer shots: when the self-timer catches you head to toe on the front camera, your fave stands at their real height on the same floor as you, and lines up once more just before the countdown ends. • The Mood group now comes first in Characters, and new installs open straight into selfie mode. • Other fixes: clearer wording on the camera access screen, button labels no longer cut off on smaller screens, and your fave no longer sometimes looks darker after a brief stutter.

New in this update: • Selfie with your fave: flip to the front camera and your fave stands right beside you, life-size and scaled to your face. • Self-timer: 3 or 10 seconds with the timer button above the shutter. On iOS 17.2 or later, you can also take the shot with the volume buttons or a Bluetooth remote. • Same light: your fave’s skin and clothes now take on the same light as the people in the shot, with no white outline against dark backgrounds. • Smoother video recording. • Remembers the fave and camera you used last time. • Other fixes: better layout on smaller iPhones, no more white flash at launch, and more.

New in this update: • New filters: Mood, Film, Fresh, Soft, Cinema and B&W — you and your character share the same tone. Your character's brightness now matches the people in the shot automatically, and you can fine-tune it with Balance. • Hold the shutter to record video (up to 60 seconds) — your character stays right in the shot with you. • New retouch: smooths skin, brightens, and slims your face — applied only to you, never to your character. • Much cooler and lighter on battery. • Steadier preview when switching cameras or in tricky lighting. • Language switch moved to the top right of your card book. • Cleaner cutouts and smoother dragging. • More fixes and small improvements.
