Everything on device
Speech recognition and summaries run with Apple's models directly on your iPhone. There is no Vermerk server, no login and no analysis of your content. The only outside connection is the one-time download of the speech model by iOS. After that, Vermerk works in airplane mode.

Vermerk Pro
Your first three notes are free. Vermerk Pro unlocks unlimited notes and export: $24.99 per month or $199 per year, each with a seven-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your notes stay on the device even without a subscription.

Vermerk is a writing tool. Summaries and tasks are generated automatically and can contain errors. Review them before relying on them. Vermerk does not replace professional judgment or your own documentation duties.
Summaries require iOS 26 and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence. On other devices the transcript is saved but not organized.
