Walk the site once. Every defect gets as many photos as it needs, marked up where you stand, and the numbered PDF report is ready before you reach the van. Kantevo is a punch list and site audit app for the person who walks the site - without a cap on photos, without an account, and without needing a signal. The second-floor bathroom has three things wrong with it and one photograph cannot show them. You shoot four, draw an arrow on the cracked tile, name the room, and move on. By the time you reach the car, the list has numbered itself and the report is ready to hand over. Photographs large enough to be evidence. You read every page before anyone else does, then it leaves as an attached PDF. →Your name on the document (Kantevo Pro) Your logo at its own shape, your company name, one accent colour, and a cover photograph. Sign it once in Settings and your signature is on every report, and the person receiving it can sign at handover. →Each trade gets its own items and nothing else (Kantevo Pro) Put a trade on an item and export that trade's list on its own, so the electrician reads electrics and the plasterer reads plaster. →Close it out with the proof (Kantevo Pro) Tick an item fixed, attach the after photograph, and the report separates what is done from what is still outstanding. →Nothing you capture is ever taken away Saved as you type and kept on your phone, with no account to create. It survives a crash, an update and a reinstall, and your backup goes to your own iCloud Drive, with export and import in Settings.
