ReserveInbox is the application for your restaurant's host stand.
One device, one venue. You enter the single-use company code your restaurant generated
for this tablet, and from then on the device belongs to your house permanently. There is
no per-customer build and no server address to memorise.
WHAT YOU HAVE ON THE STAND
• Floor plan — every table with its state: free, seated, expected, being cleaned.
• Book — tonight's service, with times and party sizes.
• Answer requests — accept a pending booking, or decline it with a reason your house
wrote itself. The guest is told immediately.
• Walk-ins — pick a table, enter the party size, done.
• Scan the arrival QR — the camera reads the code from the guest's confirmation e-mail
and marks the booking arrived.
• Guest orders — what a guest ordered from the table menu appears on that table and stays
visible until the table is closed.
• Offline — the floor plan stays readable and every entry is kept and sent the moment the
connection returns. Nothing is lost while your guests are standing there.
ROLES THAT ACTUALLY SEPARATE
The host stand sees telephone numbers; a service tablet does not. That is not a switch in
the interface: the server does not put the number in a service device's response at all.
FOUR LANGUAGES
German, English, Turkish and Danish. The device's own language is the default, and anyone
on the stand can change it inside the app.
WHAT IT NEEDS
Your restaurant runs the ReserveInbox extension on its own website. The app talks to
your house's server and to nothing else.
LOOK WITHOUT SIGNING IN
Tap "View the demo". You see the complete app with invented data — no code, no
connection, no account.

- Notification settings: you choose for each device what it is told about. VIP bookings arrive highlighted, and tapping a notification opens the booking.
- The guest card and the booking show the guest's tags.
- Every change is saved exactly once, even on weak Wi-Fi: no duplicate walk-in, no duplicate dish, no duplicate message to a guest.
- The floor plan opens on the whole room with walls, entrance, bar and plants, with the same table design on phone, tablet and desktop.
- A new console for tablet and desktop: floor plan and reservations side by side.
- A new reservation list and reservation page on the phone, pre-ordering dishes on a reservation, clear check-in messages and feedback with an optional screenshot.
- Fixes and performance improvements.
