Create customer orders on iPhone or iPad, then export structured CSV files and professional PDFs for your office workflow.
Order to CSV & PDF is a practical order-entry tool for salespeople and businesses that need a simple way to create customer orders away from the office and send them back in useful digital formats.
Import your customer and item catalogs from CSV files, select a customer, add products, quantities, prices and notes, then review the completed order before exporting it.
Key features include:
• Import customer and item catalogs from CSV files
• Search customers and products quickly
• Scan supported barcodes and QR codes to find items
• Create and edit customer orders
• Add order-level and line-item notes
• Configure outbound CSV column mappings for your workflow
• Generate structured CSV order files
• Create a professional PDF copy of each order
• Share or email CSV and PDF files
• Save drafts and review recent orders
• Track orders as Draft, Sent or Imported
Order to CSV & PDF is designed to help replace handwritten order forms and reduce manual re-entry when information is returned to the office.
CSV compatibility depends on the receiving business or ERP system and the outbound profile configured by the user. Users should verify all order information and exported files before relying on them for business transactions.
